I cut up a large McIntosh apple for breakfast but it was sour/tart so I only ate part of it. The rest is sitting here by my computer turning brown.

I'm going to stick it in the fridge for now, but I know I won't want to eat those brown chunks later.

Any ideas on what to do to rescue those chunks? I don't want recipes where I'd have to go get more apples, I just don't want these pieces to go to waste.

Thanks!
