If she does go to the beach or other outside activities, a new beach bag is always welcome. A friend of mine has started to make them using the black 'pet screen' fabric from Joanns. It is pliable, easy to sew and yet strong. She bands the top with fabric and makes a removable, insertable flat bottom covered in fabric. She also includes a couple smaller zipper bags in matching fabric and a hook at the top to attach the car keys.
