Here is one way to help identify if Standard is the manufacture.
Look at the two holes on the needle plate, the back is a long rectangle and the front has a rounded end. These are the typical attachment points for Standard, and they used them on both VS and Rotary machines. You can see the same holes on the above machines, and there is 40-50 years between them.
