I discovered Jinny Beyer when I first started quilting at the end of the 80's. As far as I know she still pieces and quilts by hand. That was her trademark, among other things. Her expertise on color is very impressive. I've found her patterns very difficult but I love her fabrics.
One of these days I'm going to go to her shop in Great Falls, VA. It's right near one of my sons.
