I started off using a homebuilt frame and an old singer with 10" throat. The pedal was rigged to work with a sturdy wire attatched to wooden handle and l squeezed the wire to the handle to make it run, lol. But now l have a used lnspira frame and put a 13" Bailey Home Quilter on it. The frame was built for a machine with a 9" throat, so l can only quilt that much in a row ( less as it rools)... saving $ for the bigger frame. But l Love doing my quilts this way!
