if there are classes you want to take that will happen before the show opens, go for it.
i guess you could take in the whole show in one day, but you wouldn't be able to stop to focus on very much.
to really wander, gaze and be dazzled by the quilts takes the better part of one day.
if you want to take advantage of the "shoportunities" allow at least another whole day.
