Thankyou, everyone. For me, the best parts of quilting are the planning / patterning and the quilting ( love fmq. ). I'm not the world's greatest piecer, so l often incorporate other members' unwanted orphans, bits & pieces....even cutting out parts of blocks to get to a fabric or design element. I guess l'm an " impromptu" quilter,lol.
