Don't worry, Juliasb, even in the moratorium we have our slips and sometimes you've just got to do what you've got to do. I don't know if the others give themselves exceptions/exemptions but I give myself some slack on thrift store buys which I do have a lot of success in finding good stuff.

So far this year I've bought minimal new stuff, including recently multiple yards at Walmart for $1 a yard/precut package, and one half yard which was used immediately in a project, so that's barely anything, about $20 in 2019 so far. I mean -- a buck a yard! If I can't resist that, I don't see how I can resist a penny a yard I would have done the same thing, so as I say -- Score!
