I have been working on this quilt for a little while. This is the first time I have used sashing & posts like I have here. After I have it quilted I will donate it to the American Heroes group, they will in turn make sure it goes to a wounded soldier.

I think it's great that you do this! Our youngest son is a Major with the 82nd Airborne and when he returned home from Iraq last April, he asked me to do a t-shirt quilt with some of his military tees. So, I did and here they are: God bless our troops!!
