As I made myself a big board.....24 x 48 I needed to make my own pad and cover. I used 2 layers of cotton batting and covered it in the silver metallic fabric, stapled it to the backside of my plywood board. Love it.
Talked the ladies in my quilting group to making a big board. Got two plus 3 smaller pressing board from one sheet of plywood. I covered one exactly this way and they liked it so well they had another's DH cover the other one. Think I'm going to get one of the smaller boards for myself for pressing on a table....
