My arm was taken out of the immoblizer yesterday. I can use it as long as I do not lift or twist it for the next three weeks. My body has laid enough bone down that my shoulder blade is stable. I am so glad. 105 here and it was so hot and sweaty to have my arm stuck to me. I start physical therapy in 3 weeks. I bet next time the little voice says, "this could be a bad plan." and I will not continue ahead and ride my bike over the railroad tracks.
I am looking forward to making blocks with everyone's fabrics.
Oh, I missed this one too! I knew Zozee had a shoulder out, but somehow I missed hearing about you. I sure hope you're on the upswing from your accident. I can't imagine not being able to move my arm for a long period of time. With this awful heat we're having, I'd probably just sit in front of a fan going wide open. Feel better soon. I'm glad you're able to sew again.
