I just ordered and received my new Juki TL2010 sewing machine and was looking at this foot ($50 extra)

It looks interesting, but you know how interesting everything looks on the computer, and since it is $50, I'd rather not make a mistake. Does anyone use one of these feet for either their Juki or any other machine for that matter? Does it work well for a beginner quilter, or does it still require the experience of a seasoned quilter to be successful with it.
Would love to hear your thoughts.
