Yes, Tri-flow is a good oil for sewing machines.

Actually, your machine doesn't need any grease. Some of the vintage Singer machines had a motor that used grease ports. By the time the 15 clones came, the motors no longer had grease ports. There are some machines that have gears, that it is recommended that grease be used on.
