Kind of makes you wonder, doesn't it?
I was rather shocked last summer when I went shopping for a wedding card. Most of the cards I saw were tasteless, if not outright rude. It was hard to find one that offered plain, old-fashioned good wishes!
Anyway... if you wanted to make a quilt that commemorated a whole lifetime, I suppose you could make one block using some of these (cutting out the offensive parts). Some folks
do spend a significant portion of their life in this stage ... 19 kids and counting??
