Well,nutritional labels required on all processed foods will give you the answers you are looking for. Doesn't help much for apples and fresh foods.

I'd think any sort of pocket nutrition guide/diet food list from the last 50 years would give you what you want. For free resources you might check out the diabetes association or books like this:

The issue as you present it is the 100 gram portion. I am diabetic and on a high protein/low carb diet. I eat less than 100 grams of carbs per day, usually around 65. My hubby is keto and is under 25. But you don't need to know about that.

Online I use the website My Fitness Pal to look up information and to record my food for the day. It's free and pretty easy and customizable.
