I just finished this quilt of valor. I really struggled deciding what pattern to use, and I ended up using Double Slice Layer Cake from Missouri Star. I really wanted to use something else, as I have made this pattern before for a QOV, but my fabric just looked best with this plan. (I tried Plan A,B, C, D, E, and F first. This is Plan I.)
I suspect I may be too picky.
Anyway, thanks for looking. This is the third QOV I have made this year, and I plan on making one more. Then I m going back to my preferred color for the next few quilts....purple.
. This next one may be a rail fence. I hope the plan in my mind looks good and I can go with my first plan this time.
