on finding the black box with attachments. By any chance were there some machine needles?
My brother & I restored the treadle that my sister learned to sew on for her. I wish I was closer so I could help her restore her Minnihaha (unsure whether it is a National or Standard) that she inherited from a great aunt. I was only able to see it from the underside when I took "her" treadle to her.
