The machine is very nice, lovely decals and elegant shape!!! I'm quite positive it is a Singer though. The attachment box may have come from another machine.
This machine looks antique and the shape reminds me of my mum's Simplex sewing machine (badge-name; I think it is a National SM but I'm running off topic)
The cabinet is to die for too!!
