I did the Atkins diet and lost all my extra weight and have kept it off doing a maintaining diet. I kept my carbs to 25 a day. Cutting all carbs will set you up to failure and make you feel shaky. I found all the carb food info listed in an old Atkins book. I cut out the list from the book and used it for years. I memorized what and how I can eat to maintain so I don't have it anymore. A good idea is to check the library to see if you can find a book with the list you want and then buy a used one from Ebay or Amazon.
