not familiar with this one, but my Ott floor lamp has been fritzy--sometimes works, sometimes not. Bulbs are $32 each! So I replaced that and still fritzy---my electrician son says it's probably the ballast in the fixture and almost easier and cheaper just to replace. Could your lamp use a ballast and need replacing of that?
