I just set up norobo for my home phone but found out that there IS a charge for cell phones, so I passed; I don't answer when it's someone I don't know anyway. I wish the phone companies would find a better way to stop this so the consumer doesn't have to do their job for them. Always someone to screw up a convenience for the consumer.
