Last time I checked, those of us in the northeast have experienced colder than normal temperatures in winter, up and down temperatures, above normal precipitation, and generally expect to have to bundle up. Most of our snow days are in January into February, and can I just say that spring making a slow appearance is par for the winter course.
I do like the fun sound of "polar coaster," though. Beats "polar vortex," which I think we all grew tired of hearing.
