While you have to purchase in 1 yard minimum increments, (so not exactly scraps but will be reduced to scraps once you cut into them!) I highly recommend Hancocks of Paducah on line, they almost always have a great sale going on batiks. Right now they have a lot on sale for $4.99 per yard.
