If you are a repurposing peerson ( thrift shopper) look for table cloths, drapes & sheets. They offer much nore yardage and are usually very reasonable.Many people use large men's shirts or women;s clothing in large sizes.
i bought a like-new ladies 4x lightweight denim dress with a full skirt at a garage sale $1.00. I got a nice charity quilt by adding a print I had on hand.
