Well, that's stretching it quite far. Someone very experienced could maybe figure out how to enlarge the pattern, but it's going to be difficult. If all you want are the 9 patch pattern added to sides and top/bottom, then just measure inches and figure out how many more of the blocks you would need to do them. Am I being clear? Just figure how many more of the blocks you need, and go by the square inches of the blocks to know how much fabric.
