My Bernina 1230 had a lot of use--when it would only sew slow speed I traded it for a new Bernina. Had tried to have it fixed several times by a certified repairman. Anyway, thru some mix up in paperwork I found out that the dealer resold it. Surprised me since I was lead to believe that it couldn't be fixed.
