My husband loves it and I hate it. It enables him to start dinner at 5:30 and have it on the table in less than an hour. As he does most of the cooking I shouldn't complain. We've come to an understanding on what and what should not be cooking in the Instant pot. It's awesome for liquid stuff. Stews, braising, soups, chili's etc. but as far as I'm concerned that's it.
Things lack flavor. When it's my turn to cook I"m old school. Slow long simmering etc. Hubby does admit the flavour is better. And there is always too much!
