Those are different "
systems" of needles, but all are the same dimensions of flat shank, total length of needle and length from the top to the eye of the needle. I believe HAx1 is Japanese, 130/705H is metric/European and 15x1 is Singer. These are the systems used for most domestic sewing machines.
There are a very large number of systems, especially now with industrial, sergers and embroidery machines.There were even a variety of systems in the early days of sewing machines. It seems like many manufacturers used proprietary dimensions of needles for their machines.
