Well, yesterday I worked on my Janome 2012. I spent hours & hours on my Janome. I had a real hard time opening it up. It only took about 45minutes to get it all clean, oiled & greased but then it took forever to put it back together. I had to take it back apart over & over as I would forget something. I didn't have to adjust anything on it though.

I have to get faster so I took it apart again today. It only took an hour & a half today. If I had to clean it that would have gotten me closer to my 2 hour/machine goal. I plan on only working on sewing machines for only 4 hours a day.
This afternoon I sewed the binding to the front of DFGD's quilt. I also got it glued to the back. Hopefully I will get it sewn on tomarrow.
