Using a Hoop for Threadpainting
I saw a video or two of people using what looks like a needle pointing hoop. (At least I think it's for needle point...maybe embroidery?) turned upside down to do threadpainting.
Is this just a plain old hoop or something special?
Are there tricks to using it I should know before I try it?
Anyone?
