Yes, that is what is considered a 15 clone. There is also a C877.15 that is a Canadian Kenmore. There are lots of threads about 15-clones, on the board. The two threads I linked to should help. They are very good straight stitch machines.

A lot of us get our parts for our vintage machines from sew-classic.com I know she has belts, bobbins and wire on her site. It is generally recommended that one uses V-belts rather then round ones (except for the bobbin winder tire).
