I sleep much better with my husband in the bed next to me. He doesn't snore very much, occasionally when he ends up on his back or he has a cold or something. We never sleep apart when we are both home. He served 20 years in the Navy and so if we add it all up, he was gone at least 4 or more years during that time.
I don't sleep well and snore lightly. He did tell me the other night that he was unable to go to sleep because after taking Ambien and falling asleep before him (which never happens) I jerked about every 15 seconds for a couple hours. I've had a sleep test, but didn't sleep much for it. They said I don't have sleep apnea but I wonder!!!
