Question about Elna Supermatic knee control bar
Are the knee control bars the same for all of the 50's and early 60s Elna Supermatic machines? I inherited my mother's tan colored machine, but when we emptied her house, the knee bar wasn't with all of the things we kept. Sadly, the foot control had been adapted to use with the cabinet, and I never thought to remove it before we sold the cabinet, so I have no way of using the machine. I have a chance to buy an older green machine at a great price (much less than what people are asking for just the knee bar,) but I want to know if the knee bars are all interchangeable.
