my service sends me a text each month with minutes of use. I average under 5 minutes a month
I absolutely hate talking on the phone.
edited to add: the last two times there was a wait time I was offered the option to leave my number and I'd be called back in order of where I was currently in the queue. Both times I had a return call within 5-10 minutes.
