Almond flour makes a good "biscuit" type bread. The recipe is easy, basically almond flour, baking powder, salt, eggs, butter. You can jazz it up, w/ chedder for cheddar biscuits, or italian seasoning / Parmesan cheese for pizza crust, or artificial sweetener cinnimon and pecans w/ a cream cheese frosting for sweet rolls.
