Like chocolate ... if I am going to eat it, I am going to eat the really good stuff.
Why blow the "budget" (aka food and calories) on the marginal waxy stuff?
... if I am going there, I am having the really good stuff and know what, I stop a whole lot sooner.
Likewise with cheese ..... top quality and mmmmmmmmmm ... but again, I stop faster.
So it's all win-win!
