ezekiel bread often sold in the freezer section, is a healthy alternative made with sprouts and stuff like that. You have to keep it frozen because the shelf life is short. I just take a few slices out an hour before and let thaw. It taste good, but different. I also like the really good bread from a bakery, or making bread from scratch too.
