I'm glad you like it and wish you could still do it. Maybe on a larger scale?
Now I'm onto the Delaware block, making a Blue Hen and peach blossom.
I do love hand embroidery and it is relaxing. I have to be careful at night to stop in time to get a good night;s sleep! I could go on all night, seeing what the next color will look like... I have a little arthritis in my fingers, but nothing too problematic yet. So maybe this is a good time for me to do this. Here is another embroidered block quilt I made as a big wall hanging:
