Another question... is this particular quilt “pattern” shown in any of Bonnie Hunter’s books - or was your actual version something you put together on your own? (If it is something of your own imagination, i’m sure that Bonnie Hunter would love to see it!)

https://quiltville.com/leadersenderspf.html This is just a pattern I came up with to use up some of the strings of leaders and enders I had made during the course of a year or so...if you look back in the comments you will see my explanation of how I made the squares. Look close at the quilt.....the little twinkling squares are NOT sashings. They are placed diagonally on each square. When the squares are sewn together they form what appears to be sashings around the blue and black blocks. I hope this makes sense.
