I have the yellow one! Was heartbroken when it stopped heating. Wasn’t ready to buy a new one because they are so expensive. Read somewhere that Oliso will repair/replace for a $60 fee (I think). So i packed mine up, paid and got a wonderful new one in return. I do not use any water in it. Love the auto lift feature. It is a challenge to use a different style of iron at retreats but haven’t scorched anything yet!
