So my question would be do you ever iron with others or is all your ironing done at home?
This is exactly my experience. The retreat I go to twice a year has nothing but Oliso irons. When I get home, I'm so used to leaving them sitting down that I invariably scorch something and invent a few new words in the process. If you leave them standing up, like a normal iron, they shut off, which is maddening as well.
Consider carefully before purchasing one.
