Several years ago, I actually bought an old quilt with blue markings. It looks like they used that wheel tool with the teeth and maybe even the dressmakers transfer paper. You know, the stuff that never comes out? Anyway, that quilt is hanging in our bedroom with a shelf above. Somehow, I completely relate to that quilt and how it happened and how frustrating it must have been. I adore it and don't care a bit about the markings - it is that quilt's story. Just another thought on how to deal with this quilt's markings.
