This is exactly why I do not invest in an expensive machine! On my Juki, that is less than 10 years old I cannot get a new bobbin case! Now that is ridiculous. I will purchase vintage machine and get them going or I have purchased inexpensive Brothers Embroidery machines. I don't feel bad when a work horse like these little Brothers wear out in about 8-10 years. I can buy 25 machines made by Brothers (embroidery machines) for the cost of a single High end machine at $9000. That would give me about 250 years of sewing without a problem.
