Flourless Peanut Butter Cookies
I love these cookies. They are really fast to make!
•1 cup of brown sugar
•1 cup of creamy peanut butter
•1 egg
•chocolate chips for the top of each cookie
Beat the sugar, peanut butter and egg with electric mixer until combined. Shape into 2" cookies and place on a non-greased cookie sheet. Top each cookie with three chocolate chips . Bake at 350° F for ten minutes. Leave to cool for five minutes on the cookie sheet before putting on cooling rack to cool completely.
