A while back, I posted about growing stevia and everyone gave me their wonderful tips. So...the stevia grew, I harvested and dried it and now I have stevia powder. Yes, it's very sweet, but it's green and floats on my coffee and does not dissolve.
I'm using it in smoothies, but I think that the green color would not look so great in other concoctions. What to do? Am I missing a step here?
