I'm in where I wasn't before. I've joined what seems like hundreds of times. I get to about 15 pounds to goal and quit for whatever reason. This time, I am truly working the program. I've been in 7 weeks and I've lost 16.6 pounds. For anyone on the fence about joining, this week is when they unveil the new 2020 program. There are 3 ways to follow the plan so there should be something for everyone. It feels like the first of the year when everyone seems to start a new diet.
