Good for you! Last year I found my stash of Y2K squares that had never been used so I decided to use them. And then I realized I could spend the rest of my quilting career doing nothing but putting 2.5" squares together which while some people find rather appealing, somewhat scared me and I sent all the rest of my squares and 2.5" strips to others.
I have a fairly large stash and I mostly quilt in scrappy style, but storing all these little strips was getting to me. I decided I don't want to save anything smaller than 6.5" and I found a crumb quilter here on the board who will take my scraps and cutting errors

I keep a box by my cutting area and simply fill it up and send it when full.
