I have sewn dresses for my 4 granddaughters but now that they are all teenagers that is no more. Now I make them quilts. I went thru the patterns at JoAnn's and would buy dress patterns that were easy and usually sun dresses. I also browse thru Pinterest all the time and get ideas. Good luck to you.
