When I want something quick and easy, delicious and usually a little different, I make the macaroon recipe on the back of the Bakers coconut. I use a small scoop to scoop and drop them onto parchment paper to bake, then after baking slide the parchment paper with baked cookies onto a cooling rack. I've tried the condensed milk recipe but wasn't pleased. These are great little snowball cookies for winter, too.
