I lost my favorite oven mitts at Thanksgiving when I used them to take a hot dish to someone's house... couldn't find them anywhere.
I had some upholstery fabric from the "free table" at the quilt guild and decided to make some new ones. I made four because that is how much fabric I had. Here is the pattern that I used:

I really like the looks of them. I think I'll hang a pair on my wall.
Of course, I found the lost pair as soon as I started making these.
